Script was a newsletter primarily focused on LocoScript, the word processing software package for the Amstrad PCW line of computers.

Throughout the newsletter's lifetime of 1987 to 1992, 24 issues were produced by Locomotive Software Ltd., the software house that produced the LocoScript software, amongst other software packages, many of them also for the Amstrad PCW.

Each issue featured a News section as well as a selection of letters, with replies, to Locomotive Software Ltd. Additionally, there were a number of in-depth articles relating to other topics such as Locomotive's other software products such as LocoMail and LocoLink. Topics such as floppy disk data recovery and the different ways that LocoScript was used also featured throughout the newsletter's print run.

These newsletters were produced by Locomotive Software Ltd. between 1987 and 1992. Permission for the newsletters to be made publicly available was sought from Steve Denson, the owner of rights holder of several portions of Locomotive Software's catalogue, including the Script newsletters.

Permission was granted to release the newsletters under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License.
